We were established in 1960 as a Family Medicine Practice, encompassing all aspects of family health from pregnancy through to end of life care. We are a community based practice, covering Reservoir, Preston, Kingsbury and Bundoora. Some of the community languages we speak are: Cantonese, Italian, Malay, and Mandarin.
As part of our commitment to the future, we are part of the RACGP registrar program. We also take students from the University of Melbourne Medical School.

Lifestyle medicine and low-carbohydrate nutrition with Dr Hyde
Dr Hyde has a special interest in lifestyle medicine and low-carbohydrate nutrition, helping people make practical, sustainable changes to improve their health.
Her approach incorporates the six pillars of lifestyle medicine — nutrition, activity, sleep, stress management, social connection and reducing harmful substances.
Dr Hyde does not usually take new patients, but is currently accepting a limited number specifically for lifestyle medicine and low-carbohydrate consultations.

New Patients welcome:
New patient appointments can be made by calling 03 8470 5888 or in person with our receptionists. They cannot be made through Automed.
We have a limited number of new patient appointments available each week, Monday to Friday, so please book well in advance. We do not have new patient appointments on Saturdays.
All new patient appointments are double appointments and are privately billed (as at 1st August 2025, $140 with a Medicare rebate of $84.90). Patients who are 15 and under, over 75 with a healthcare card, or who hold a DVA card will be bulk billed.
If you are unable to attend your new patient appointment, please notify us well in advance. A fee may be charged in the event of a no show.
